Waiting

I had to stay in bed all day due to my cold and was shaken by the weirdest kind of dreams. I thought about how many time in life we spend with waiting: in a queue at the supermarket, for the bus, to get healthy, for somebody special, for the truth, for freedom, for peace...maybe sometimes just for the sun to shine or for our counterpart to smile. Waiting can be excruciating or filled with anticipation. Moments we spend with ourselves, testing our patience. Maybe that bears also a little magic?
