Join the social fashion revolution...
Armedangels is an eco-friendly label, which stands for organic fashion and fairtrade and against child labour and environmental pollution. I introduced them and their philosophy here. With December the first, the tshirt designed by German TV-star Collien Fernandes will be released in the armedangels Online Shop. The amount of 5 euro will be donated with every sold tshirt to the Indian children's home St. Catherine's Home in Mumbai, which Collien Fernandes is supporting personally. The shirt print says "One Good Deed every Day", a great motto! I  fancy the pink Collien tshirt^^.
If you are interested check out their collection here. Everyone please enjoy your Sunday and start happy into the new week tomorrow!
Love,

Thumbs up for armedangels!

Tshirt: 'Goldstueck' (piece of gold) by armedangels.

Looking fashionable and dressing in eco-sustainable clothes has long been a contradiction. Only recently many fashionistas became aware of eco-friendly fashion products and therfore gladly natural clothes are not as expensive anymore. A sparkling location for favourite-to-be-pieces is the online shop of the brand armedangels from Germany, starting in 2006. They provide you with beautiful collections and the recent trends for women, men and children, regarding tshirts, dresses, shoes and bags...basically all you can wish for. In order to convince yourself, take a close look at the outfits from armedangels in this post.

Aside from the main brand, there are several other eco-labels available at their shop: Airbag Craftworks, Beyond Skin, Kuyichi, Speak Up!, Stewart &Brown and Terra Plana (together they form the association armedangels & friends). They use all organic cotton for their products and take care of fairtrade conditions. As you can notice on the tshirt above, a figure of an angel with a bow is their symbol. Armedangels is involved in altogether three charity projects all over the world (e.g. India) and donates one Euro of every sold piece. Special note: They will be selling MJ (Michael Jackson) tshirts in January! (see below). You can visit the official armedangels blog here. If you like anything specific on their shop and you cannot understand German, contact them via the link 'Kontakt' at the very bottom of their page for further details. Which one of the outfits do you fancy most?
Love,

~Lilly~

The exotic paradise

Source Adress: 150 Varick Street, New York (NY) 10013.

Hi^^!! Today I am treating you with insights into a most inspiring club: The New York Greenhouse. I read about it in the current JOLIE issue and was captivated by the view! Growing plants covering a whole wall is cutting-edge. Did I already mention that they are focusing on eco-sustainable management? You get a feeling like you are part of some "How we are going to live in the future"-TV shows. Or more like a combination from a relaxed cocktail-club and a stylish garden greenhouse? Now I fantasize to design such a café on my own...there have to be blooming and fragrant orchids everywhere and a little waterfall inside...with a name like "The Exotic Paradise"? One can dream^^...What do you think? Would you like to go there ?
Lovely greetings,

Lilly :D

Alternative outfits

Purse by Alternative Outfitters

Hi! Today for a special matter: I tended to associate
veganism with an rather extreme eco-sustainable
lifestyle, close to ascetism. If you now think...ehm,
what means 'vegan' again? It includes the
abdication of any animal products, e.g. honey, eggs and
milk. I am vegetarian myself, but I could not
imagine to reject yoghurt^^ (I can easily eat
a little bucket of stracciatella yoghurt). Together
with the eating habits I envisioned very alternative
outfits, like the hippies of the 60s...you know what I am
talking about in the worst case! But the page
AlternativeOutfitters really changed my mind! The
gorgeous accessories in this post are all from their shop and
they are all considered vegan, which means that they were
produced eco-friendly and without harming animals.
Amazing design, I simply admire it!!!

Lilly^^
