Kiss no Frog, except Mr. Campbell!

Please meet Mr. Campbell! I found him at a shop during a dry and cloudy afternoon and when I picked him up he whispered that he wants to go home with me. Now he took his place at my office desk and observes me quietly and curiously at work. I decided to take my new companion to the beach and show him the sea. He assured me politely that he honours my efforts deeply, but he would prefer the tropical rainforest over every other place.

The photographer expressed his fear at this point, that after a kiss Mr. Campbell would turn into a prince and we would both fall off that rock, haha.



Behind me is the coastline of Jordan. Lilly wears: tshirt by local aquarium (with a lionfish!!), shorts+shoes hm, sunglasses primark.

I have to add, that he kindly informed me that his true name is Agalychnis callidryas (which sounds very much like a prince), nevertheless he appreciates 'Mr. Campbell' due to its simplicity. I am sure we'll become friends in no time ;). Have awonderful Thursday everyone!

Fashionistas, you will love this! I introduced the H&M Style Guide already, but yesterday they launched the best blogger tool ever: a whole Fashion Studio! Create your own outfit styles online and spread them via your blog, facebook or twitter. Here is how it works:

1. Click either women or men fashion.
2. Choose from 10 possible models (see picture).
3. Choose from more than 300 styling items from the latest collections!
4. Combine to find your perfect outfits or create something totally crazy!
5. Best function: Layering is possible! Choose "wear over/under skirt" etc.
6. Save or start over again until you are contend.

Dazzling Inspiration from my Blogging Sisters

That describes The Blogettes, a fashion blogger magazine by Mirjam (Chic&Schlau) and Julia (Fanfarella). The concept contains high quality fashion shootings, blogging advice, give-away contests, fashion event calendar, local street styles and blogger portraits with focus on new faces. Congratulations to the launch of the first issue! I am looking forward to the next one, as I am convinced this will set new standards to what we associate with fashion blogging!

Big City Girl: Lilly on Tour

Lunch at an organic food café!

My shopping trip started with lunch at a newly discovered stylish organic food café, where I had cauliflower curry with coconut and a latte macchiato! The food was exceptionally delicious, it tasted like something my mam would have cooked. So I will definitely be a returning customer! I spent some time chilling out  there while browsing through a few local scene magazines and listening to Beyoncé (they played it there, that was awesome).
For the rest of the day I was lucky that only few people were shopping in the city...having free changing cabins is something a fashionista really appreciates! I picked up the last Christmas presents (I have outdone myself this year, finishing that matter before December the 1st^^). The city is all prepared with Christmas decoration (only a few real snow flakes missing). Seems like I am a little into red and black lately^^.

Hi my chocolate cookies! Just yesterday I found this cool blog contest on *ellainspired*. Here is the original conditions from her blog. Please everyone make sure to take part!^^

The theme, Best of the Blogisphere, means that the article are going to be the favourite and most populr articles from your blog that readers go back and read over and over or are the type of post people print out and use as a resource. Any format is accepted, lists, point form, poems, quotes, pictures, long article, short articles. Redblooded woman

Never leave a girl...

...unattended......with a camera!!

Above: Lilly playing around, in a desperate try to get a decent outfit picture (let's face it, didn't work out)! Luckily I found somebody else to take a proper picture, it will be upcoming this week. The cardigan is from zero, the shawl is a present that my sister A. brought back from France! I like red. It looks...well, regal. I like the colourful fringe of this shawl! Coincidentally I missed my film (ok, I messed up with my memo book) and went out with my friends instead. We've been to an Irish pub and I had hot chocolate and an Irish flag (euww!!). Only a few days ago I told my close friends about my blog, so we were discussing about blogging in general. Diane already started her own and my friend AH. thought about writing again, too. Inspiring other people makes me happy^^.
