It is been said that Noah's father Billy Ray Cyrus, who already made his daugther Miley into a teenstar, plans a future career in showbiz for her little sister, too. So Noah wears strong make up on public events and dresses and dances like an adult. Same goes for her cousin Emily, who usually attends events together with Noah. I feel deeply sorry for this young girl, who appears to be taken over by the celebrity and show world before she even notices it.
