Hide Away in the Flower Tree

Lilly trying to camouflage in the magnificent flower tree with her new print romper from Jerusalem.

Well hidden like a panther =) (or so I wish). Okay, at least I tried.

Climbing down is another matter...huh!
(romper jerusalem, sunglasses+bracelets nazareth, ring six, earrings madonna)

~*~

I got back onto the flower tree during the night to sit between the softly swaying branches and gaze dreamily into the stars... =).

~*~

Look what I found in Jerusalem - Topshop yaaay!!! First time visiting one of their stores!

Pretty stylish girl, seen in Jerusalem.

Shooting (outfit) pictures while sitting in a tree is something I have to try again. It's kind of funny when you pretend to manage sitting on swaying branches, all the time avoiding to fall down. =)

Top 6 Picks at Topshop this month

Best 3 Rings at Topshop: Butterfly is ♥♥♥.

Rings are my latest obsession...bought around ten here in Israel?! My three favourites currently at UK Topshop are the blue butterfly, the crown and the golden bug. What else catched my eye is below. What do you think of those black booties? Wanna wear them in autumn soon =) (or so I wish, haha). I agree that the bird cage earrings are rather excentric, but also terribly adorable!! X3

Hippie Summer dress - glamorous^^.

Look at those babies!! Waah! [Black Booties]

Bird cage earrings - crazy, but cool.

Just had three pieces of chocolate cake and now my stomach hurts... should have known better :[ Love,

Attending the Vintage Fashion Market!

Exclusive sneak preview of my thrifted treasures!

More about this fabulous Topshop dress below (I'm a lucky, lucky girl!).

Atmosphere at the fashion market: Welcome to the jungle!

A huge crowd of fashion-loving women whirling around.

Pay attention to the sequin bonnet of the woman in the middle!

Dear Jimmy Choo, I really love the sexy killer high heels you designed for H&M that have been released today in Germany! They are gorgeous and they are ... very unaffordable. (And a 10 minutes limit is not enough for shopping!)
So I had another major event to attend today:
The biannually held Vintage Fashion Market for Women! I postet about the last huge fair here. I spent there about three hours and had problems carrying home the four bags with my new treasures! Think of a hall with over 350 women who went through their wardrobe and brought... tons of clothes, shoes and bags!!! In this situation only the laws of the jungle are valid! Prepare to fight for your fave pieces!^^ Of course it also involves a lot of fun: a café and a free beauty photoshooting (probably in the new clothes). Prices are normally low and negotiable. I am very proud of my prey this time (my third time altogether):
  • 3 skirts
  • shorts
  • 3 dresses
  • a winter jacket
  • a shawl (silver)
  • 3 tshirts
  • a top (black lace)
  • a cardigan
  • 2 pullover
  • a blouse
Oh sweet heaven, this was the best day of this month! Let me explain how I got my hands onto the beautiful rasphberry coloured dress from Topshop above^^:

- I asked the owner: How much is it? (thinking: I can never afford it!)
- She said: 5 Euros should be okay!
- And I was like: OMG!! WHAT??? You've got to be kidding me! (trying to hide my surprised facial expression)
In the changing cabin a few women asked: Are you already sure about it? Where did you get it? Let me know if you are not taking it!
- Waaah, it is mine! And yes, yes, yes I am sure!
I ran back to the owner and immediately bought it - so here we are^^. This is the perfect dress ever!

I have to ask FJ tomorrow to take a few outfit shoots with the new pieces!
Love,
Lilly :D

Lady Gaga: New CD cover!

One of the new Lady Gaga CD covers, photgraphed by Nicola Formichetti.

Gagalicious CD cover! (also by Nicola F.)

Tiger face body - rraaarrh!Leather square bolero jacket .Metallic bag - very futuristic^^.Blue dot feather fake lashes - outstanding! The ultimate killer heels - black velvet sandals!

This is the first time that Lady Gaga occurs on LillysGarden, due to her brand new CD covers! The photographer is Nicola Formichetti (this is her). Along with the CD covers (looking forward to the upcoming Lady Gaga songs and videos!!), I picked some fashion items that remind me of her style. I agree that one can argue whether she deserves the term 'Style Icon' or more the description 'Lunatic Fashionmonster', but I appreciate that she has her unique sense of style and lives it.
Did I already mention that I am following her on Twitter? It is a verified account, in case you wonder. My favourite songs of her are:
Do you feel inspired by her outfits and songs? Love to hear your opinion^^.
Cordial greetings,

Lilly

PS: Photos belong to Nicola Formichetti and Topshop, unless stated otherwise!

Wow, this dress is amazing - love it! (Source)
