Peek into an Israeli Fashion Mag =)

My abilities to read Hebrew are still developing... so for now I feel nearly like an analphabet, when I try to read a magazine! I found this magazine and took some impressions out for you. Are you looking for your own pirate ship or did you ever see the cutest washing machine in the world?

Many people here have extra curly hair (adorable!!).

Reminds me of the Black Pearl...yaay for Pirate jewellery!

Be you-nique...okay. This ad directly aimed at every fashionista's heart who already has everything and seeks for the perfect possibility to endulge herself with an extra washing machine for her beloved treasures! by smeg.

Scarlett Johansson for the Mango campaign 2010!

Can you spot the pink Kitchen Aid (c) on the left?? I want!! Also love the rest of this kitchen.

There will be more Israeli fashion campaigns soon! Lots of work for today... Lovely Thursday!

Another present included organic rose hand créme, organic shower lotion and bathing substances.

Hi my lovelies!
Hopefully everyone spent a wonderful Christmas! I will take the time today to share the presents I bought for my beloved ones. My own where vaguely based on topics around fashion and make-up (LOL, no surprise). Are you happy with your presents? Any funny accidents on Christmas? I survived it and it turned out to be a festive and great event. (Even the tree is beautiful^^). Tomorrow we will prepare to visit relatives...so I'll be off until Monday. My throat is getting better bit by bit. After all the stress you feel, that....all the Christmas preparations have been worth it!!!
Lovely greetings and please enjoy the second day after Christmas!

Stylish lavender holiday decoration

Hi to everyone! Yaay, I finished wrapping the gifts....relief!!. Currently I am also studying to take a foreign language test at the end of January. Today I found out that the book I borrowed from the library to work with is too easy and I need something advanced...with my own library out of reach at the moment. Well organized, lady! Our Christmas tree is enormous! Like around 3 metres in height! (Which means that my youngest brother cannot decorate it on his own without creating chaos).
How do you like the lilac Christmas decoration? Definitely I will go for that on one of the upcoming years. As for this year, our tree will have multi-coloured decoration^^. At the moment I am not able to dress fashionable at all: everyday's game is to dress with as much layers as possible, because it's freeeezing!!. I am wearing a shapeless grey Greek sheep whool cardigan and look like the ugly sister of Little Bo Beep most of the time (Maybe that's worth a pic?).
Greetings from a very snowy town,

This years best Christmas cookies!

AH (Vegi) and Lilly (exhausted and happy) with our sweet treasures!

Starting out with the ingredients...

Vegi is making German cookies called Betmännchen (mostly marzipan).

Yaay - and our own marzipan balls (left the classical cocoa version, right my sugar crumbles version!)

Close-up on our delightful creations!! (Can you spot the tooth-shaped cookie?!)

Aren't they to gorgeous to eat?!

And yet more!!

The sveral sugar toppings we worked with! (Made with LOVE).

I was so happy baking those delicious Christmas cookies with Vegi! It took us the whole day and do not ask how the kitchen looked afterwards! We listened to Medieval Christmas chorals and gave every cookie its own design - meaning that there are no similar ones! We had little sugar hearts in pink, white and red, silver sugar pearls, food colours and little white snowballs...The best part of baking is definitely decorating! Thank you so much Vegi, for hosting me in your kitchen and the ultimate Christmas baking session!! Let's do it again next year, ok? (Her mum had a tooth-shaped cookie cutter (and we had it all covered with sugar!! Har har!!)). I will be packing my suitcase tomorrow to leave for my family home on Thursday!! This day is finally upcoming!
Wonderful pre-Christmas days to you all, my hearts!!
Love,

Blogging Sisters: Olivia Bee

Olivia Bee is a normal 15-year old girl - and a little star! She has no written blog, but she drew major attention with her popular photostream on flickr. Until today she posted over 550 photos of her life - showing her friends, family and her home. What makes them unique is their originally and very creative approach...Olivia shoots what is on her mind (or in front of her lens) and at times adds little poems. She also posted photos that are aesthetically inspired by fashion editorials: Olivia running through the snow barefooted, ballerinas in the forest, hippie body painting art, mermaids in a clear river, dancing in a tutu and a gorilla mask. Utterly enchanting! She admitted in an interview that she even got caught by the police during one of her shoots! I like her pictures, because Olivia depicts the world in a funny, sometimes bizarre but always in a romantical and heart-warming way!

More from Olivia......and her world.
