How can you encourage a child?

I found this ad a long time ago. The first time I saw it I was so touched that I cried. Watch it and get to know the amazing story of a little boy and his imagination. It has been produced in Japan and I always love to rewatch it, due to the music and the actors.

More Venice magic...

The cast of 'The Thief Lord'.

Today I watched the movie "The Thief Lord"(2006), after the German novel of Cornelia Funke. It evolves around a group of orphans in Venice that are supported by the mysterious Scipio - the thief lord. Trouble arises, however, when their secret hideaway in an old cinema is discovered by a private detective and furthermore they get to seek for a long lost artefact - the wing of a Venice lion... I love Venice and the story was enchanting and magical! I read the book when I was twelve years old (like the main character Prosper), so this story is somehow a part of my childhood^^. Watching it is definitely recommendable!
