You are with me in my Dreams

Two of my brothers and my cute sister.

Part of the hardships living abroad, is that the time at home is not standing still. Everyone is busy living their lifes and you are just not there to see things happen. Last Sunday there was a big family celebration for one of my cousins and I just got these beautiful photos from my uncle. It made me realize how much I would have liked to be there with them!

Hey, my lovelies! I really miss you. Last night a dreamed that I would see you. That was great^^. Hope to see you soon after I get back, okay?

At first I did not recognize my sister...lol. She experiments with her hair quite often.

And of course I miss my friends. It feels weird not to meet them like I am used to. Hopefully everyone is having a wonderful day! Now I am going to prepare lunch!

I found this ad a long time ago. The first time I saw it I was so touched that I cried. Watch it and get to know the amazing story of a little boy and his imagination. It has been produced in Japan and I always love to rewatch it, due to the music and the actors.

The key of space and time

My new key necklace (from Six).

Keys are magical. It is decisive if you have one or not. What could be more terrible than a locked door, closet or casket? Or maybe it is a key to love, to happiness, to success? Sometimes you might like to give the key to your own heart to somebody. Or you are desperately trying to open somebodys heart and fail, because you cannot find the key. Keys promise the owner influence and power. They can open the owner what he/she desires or lock something savely away forever.
My key is also special. (Apparently my new necklace has three keys - the biggest one is my favourite!) I love to wear key necklaces and also have another one (more plain). This one instantly catched my eye and I had to have it, because it perfectly resembles the key of space and time!

Beautiful pareo by tchibo

Hi^^. I hope we have a warm summer this year, I keep daydreaming about swimming in the lake, having ice cream and partys outside...mmmh. Definitely recommendable: the pareo in this picture! I love the colour, it reminds me of the clear blue water at tropical beaches^^. For tomorrow I plan on taking special pictures, hopefully it works all out!

Sweet dreams

Hi^^! I fell instantly in love with this beautiful bed linen... such a pretty rose design! But I bought bed linen only recently and therefore it will stay a dream -.- . Actually it is from Tchibo and as far as I know only available in Germany.

I am happy that we returned all savely in the morning from
our trip to the disco (s. last post) and I felt like sleeping all day and I can feel every bone in my body from to much driving and dancing! I hope you enjoyed your weekend, too!

Moi je joue

Hi^^!
My friend F surprised me by asking me to
join him and his friends to go to the disco. (Turned
out that they needed somebody to drive them...
men!!). The idea of driving with a foreign car about
50 km there and back during the night scared me
immensely. Let me explain: I hold a driver's license,
but no car on my own and therefore I did not move
a car for over a year! So we spend the whole afternoon
driving about in his car^^ (with him giving constantly
comments about women and driving). But it helped
and I am happy that I regained my self-confidence in
this matter!

I love the song "Moi je joue" by Brigitte Bardot,
it is so bright and happy and makes you want to
sing along!^^ I would like to share the advertising
video for the perfume 'Miss Dior Cherie' with you,
because it was directed by Sofia Coppola (she also
did Marie Antoinette). The scenes are excellent
day dream material^^- Life is beautiful!
